ACCREDITATION
GL events Italia Press Office can grant accreditation for My Special Car Show exclusively to members of the press.
To apply for accreditations, a fax should be sent showing the following details to no. +39 051 6451159.
The fax must be written on the headed paper of the publication for whom the person works
Clearly indicate the name and surname of the person/s for whom accreditation is being requested
Specify the name of the publication for which accreditation is being requested
Indicate the day for which you are requesting accreditation
Indicate a telephone and fax number to which our press office can refer and, if possible, a mobile phone number
The application must be made by an authorised person (editor - editor-in-chief), legibly signed and specifying the person's position.
A photocopy must be attached to the application of the journalist's association membership card of the person for whom the application is being made
Freelance journalists should attach to the application a photocopy of their association membership card and clearly indicate for which publications they regularly work
For websites, only persons in possession of an association membership card shall be entitled to make an accreditation application, in accordance with the procedures indicated above
Photographers and photo-reporters shall provide a copy of their journalist or Airf association membership card
Photographers who are not members of an association shall forward their accreditation application through the publication from which they have received their appointment, in accordance with the procedures indicated above
Television crews must provide the names of operators as soon as possible
The Press Office shall be entitled - at its discretion - to decide how many accreditations to grant for each publication
Any request for parking passes to access the press parking lot must be made in writing and included in the accreditation application. Pass applications will be evaluated according to need (TV crews, photographers, etc.).
Parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
