Participation in My Special Car Show
- FIRST STEP
Ask (if not already in your possession) for the original documentation to the Exhibition Organizing Office - My Special Car Show - Promotor International:(in the Download section you can find the FAC SIMILE of the documents).
The Organizer will estimate the applicant’s relevance to the categories of the Exhibition.
- REGISTRATION
Send to Promotor International the original copy of: Application Form and General Regulations for Partecipation to the Exhibition filled in with company’s stamp and signature toghether with the down payment receit.
- REGULATIONS and FORMS
Once enrolled as Official Exhibitors, you will receive: Technical Rules & Regulations & Exhibitors Guide - necessary forms for supplies request.
The forms must be sent prior to the expiration of the time limit and to the address indicated at the bottom of each page.

- - T - Catalogue Information
- INSURANCE
The exhibitor undertakes to take out suitable insurance cover against all risks, including fire, damage caused by rainwater or mains seepage, and third party liability. All the above mentioned insurance policies shall be taken out with a leading insurance company at the Exhibitor’s expence, and they shall be effective for the entire time that the Exhibitor or his properties remain inside the exhibition centre (as in Art. 15 “General Regulations for Participation in the Exhibition”).
- ADVERTISING PAGE and BANNER
The Registration Fee includes:
- -one Advertising Page on the Official Catalogue of the Exhibition; the files must be sent within terms and conditions indicated on the “General Regulations for Participation in the Exhibition” (Art. 24).
- -one advertising Banner on the official internet site myspecialcar.it; files must be sent within terms and conditions indicated on the “General Regulations for Participation in the Exhibition” (Art. 24).
